CMH Consulting Limited is a UK based company founded by Chris Haynes.
It is focused on aviation, and other heavily regulated industries, and provides
strategic advice in the following areas:
Chris was one of the architects of International Airlines Group and its first General Counsel (2011-2022), having been Head of M&A at British Airways Plc (2005-2011). He was responsible for all legal issues across the group.
In an international aviation career of nearly 25 years, Chris gained a unique mix of governance, M&A, legal and regulatory experience. He operated at board level in one of Europe’s largest listed airline groups and was a key member of a senior executive team that successfully led the company through many exceptional situations.
He started his career at Ashurst, a leading global law firm, and, after leaving IAG, acted as General Counsel at Thames Water before founding CMH Consulting.
